Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate proactively with year group teams and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Foster an inclusive environment that addresses the diverse educational needs of all pupils.
• Assess pupil understanding informally, providing constructive feedback to promote progress.
• Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school community.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Demonstrate proven experience delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills, inspiring respect and fostering an orderly learning environment.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for children's learning and development, committed to nurturing every pupil's potential.
• Be highly adaptable and flexible, capable of transitioning smoothly between different year groups and subjects.
