About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Possess recent experience teaching secondary-aged pupils specifically within an SEN setting.
* Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience when working in varied and dynamic school environments.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive educational experience that empowers all learners to achieve their potential.
* Able to quickly establish effective classroom management and positive learning routines upon arrival.
