About the Role
An ambitious primary school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This rewarding opportunity involves providing crucial support to pupils with special educational needs within a mainstream primary environment. We are looking for individuals available for immediate starts, with contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions. A competitive daily rate of £95 to £110 is offered for this vital role.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support strategies.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Collaborating effectively with class teachers, parents, and external professionals.
* Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and engagement.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Have previous experience working with primary-aged pupils in an SEN capacity.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be patient, empathetic, and resilient in your approach.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is highly desirable.
* Be adaptable and proactive in contributing to a thriving school community.
