Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal care.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe and report on children’s progress and well-being to the Room Leader.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Implement individual and group activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Hold relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 in Early Years, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to supporting children.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young learners.
• Available for immediate start for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions.
