About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join an inclusive school in the West Midlands for a long-term, permanent position starting in September 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented educator to inspire secondary students with a passion for mathematics. Your role will involve delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the curriculum, fostering a love for problem-solving and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Maths lessons to secondary students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Develop stimulating learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Contribute to the departmental curriculum development and extra-curricular activities.
* Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student progress.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* A relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, suitable for ECTs, MPS, or UPS candidates.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in mathematics.
* Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
* A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to contribute positively to school life.
