Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored, one-to-one and small group support to secondary students with autism.
* Facilitate the development of effective social communication skills among pupils.
* Implement proactive strategies to manage sensory needs within the learning environment.
* Assist students in accessing and engaging fully with the secondary curriculum across subjects.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to monitor and promote student progress.
* Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive educational atmosphere for all.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience working with students on the autism spectrum, ideally within a secondary school setting.
