Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of learning activities across various subjects.
• Help manage pupil behaviour, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere.
• Aid in the development of social and emotional skills among pupils.
• Contribute to the overall welfare and safeguarding of all children.
