About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join an exceptional school in North London. This primary setting is dedicated to providing outstanding education for children with diverse special educational needs. The role involves delivering engaging and supportive lessons on a daily supply and short-term contract basis, offering a unique opportunity to work across various specialist SEN provisions. This immediate start position provides the flexibility to positively impact pupils' learning experiences while being paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Effectively adapt learning materials and teaching styles to meet individual pupil requirements.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil support.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and sensitively, fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent approach to pupil welfare and education.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary SEN setting.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of a wide range of special educational needs and effective support strategies.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in different classroom environments.
* Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* Show a genuine commitment to the holistic development and well-being of every child.
* Be available for day-to-day and short-term supply assignments, embracing a flexible work schedule.
