Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic, pupil-centred lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
* Cultivate strong, supportive therapeutic relationships with all pupils.
* Proactively implement effective strategies for behaviour management and de-escalation.
* Contribute to the creation and review of personalised learning plans.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals and external partners.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Exhibit outstanding behaviour management techniques and a calm, consistent approach.
* Show a genuine ability to build rapport and positive relationships with vulnerable young people.
* Maintain a resilient and patient demeanour in a dynamic educational environment.
* Be committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
