Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment for all pupils.
• Deliver pre-set work to students, ensuring tasks are understood and completed to the best of their ability.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and any notable incidents during lessons.
• Promote a safe and orderly atmosphere, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions and support to pupils, encouraging independent learning.
• Liaise effectively with teaching staff to report on progress and any observations made during cover periods.
