About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a progressive primary school located in Milton Keynes, within the vibrant county of Buckinghamshire. We are seeking an inspiring educator to nurture and guide our youngest learners through their vital Early Years Foundation Stage journey. The school offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, with a start date as soon as possible, and remuneration paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS curriculum.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Assess children's progress effectively and maintain accurate records of achievement.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic child development.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its ethos.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for teaching in the UK.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
* Show a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
