• Support children with personal care routines, ensuring their well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety of every child.
About You
• You possess a genuine passion for working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• You have relevant experience as a Nursery Assistant or in a similar childcare role.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, eager to contribute positively.
• You hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
• You have a strong understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding practices.
