Key Responsibilities
* Facilitating effective social communication among students.
* Managing sensory needs to create a comfortable learning environment.
* Supporting students in accessing and engaging with the curriculum.
* Providing tailored one-on-one and small group interventions.
* Collaborating closely with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans.
* Monitoring student progress and contributing to regular feedback sessions.
About You
* You possess proven experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly within a secondary phase setting.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach defines your professional style.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset allows you to respond effectively to varying student needs.
* You are deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs are highly advantageous.
