Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an engaging and appropriately adapted curriculum to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment in small group settings.
* Implement individualised learning plans to support the diverse needs of students.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting strategies as required.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Contribute to the wider school community, upholding its values and inclusive ethos.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, ideally within a secondary SEN setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex learning needs and an inclusive approach to education.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and structured environment.
* Be adept at adapting teaching methodologies and resources to meet individual student requirements.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
