About the Role
Join a well-established school seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to provide essential cover across their vibrant primary phases, from Early Years Foundation Stage through Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This dynamic role offers the chance to engage with various year groups, ensuring continuity of learning and a high-quality educational experience for all pupils. We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic professional ready to contribute to our supportive learning community on a long-term, short-term, or daily supply basis, with permanent opportunities also available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil behaviour.
• Collaborate with class teachers to ensure seamless curriculum delivery.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess recent experience teaching across primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and behaviour management skills.
• Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in a varied teaching environment.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering children's learning and development.
• Be committed to contributing positively to a school's wider community.
