Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons specifically tailored to the unique needs of pupils with SEN.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil support.
* Demonstrate flexibility in adapting teaching methods and resources to suit various primary age groups and abilities.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil engagement and progress, providing valuable feedback to relevant staff.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within primary education.
* You have a proven track record of teaching pupils with a wide spectrum of Special Educational Needs.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* You are available for daily supply and short-term assignments within the Enfield area.
* Applications are warmly encouraged from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
