About the Role
A dedicated school in Northamptonshire is seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to inspire and educate its pupils. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vibrant primary setting, fostering a love of learning and academic progress within a supportive community. We are looking for a committed professional who is ready to make a significant impact on young lives, with contracts available on a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent basis, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure holistic pupil welfare.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a safe and orderly learning space.
* Participate actively in school life, contributing to wider initiatives and continuous improvement.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching at Key Stage 2.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher with a passion for primary education.
* Your teaching approach is creative and innovative, capable of igniting curiosity in pupils.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with ease.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
