About the Role
A flourishing school is seeking an inspirational MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join our vibrant secondary phase department on a permanent contract, starting in September 2026. You will be instrumental in developing students' abilities and cultural understanding, fostering an engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and challenging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Inspire pupils to develop a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and effective communication skills.
* Design and implement innovative schemes of work that cater to a range of abilities.
* Accurately assess pupil attainment, providing insightful feedback to drive progress.
* Actively contribute to whole-school initiatives and the vibrant MFL department.
* Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish, capable of teaching across all secondary key stages.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of fostering a positive and challenging learning environment.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Be dedicated to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogical approaches.
* Show a genuine commitment to raising aspirations and achieving outstanding outcomes for every pupil.
