About the Role
A highly regarded school is seeking an inspirational SEN Class Teacher to join their specialist secondary environment. This rewarding role involves delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with diverse and complex learning needs within supportive small group settings. We are actively seeking dedicated educators for immediate opportunities across various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons for pupils with special educational needs.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously and provide constructive feedback to foster development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff to optimise learning outcomes.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of individualised education plans (IEPs).
* Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and challenges.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with secondary-aged pupils with complex SEN.
* Exhibit a strong understanding of diverse learning styles and effective differentiation strategies.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* Be committed to continuous professional growth and personal development.
* Display resilience, patience, and a creative approach to problem-solving in the classroom.
