About the Role
A highly regarded school in Central London is seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join their specialist provision for primary-aged pupils. This long-term, permanent opportunity involves providing essential support to children with profound and multiple learning difficulties. The role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for some of the school's most vulnerable pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and group support for pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
* Assist with personal care routines, ensuring dignity and comfort for all children.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance pupil development.
* Effectively implement individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and external therapists to track progress.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning atmosphere.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.
* A strong understanding of diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
* You are a patient, compassionate, and highly resilient individual.
* Exceptional communication skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Your proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team are vital.
