Key Responsibilities
• Support primary pupils with their learning across the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and report observations to the class teacher.
• Encourage pupil engagement and independence in their studies.

• Demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged children.
