About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive school environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups within the classroom, reinforcing learning concepts.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
• Promote positive behaviour and social development amongst pupils, encouraging respect and cooperation.
• Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and other activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teacher.
• Support the implementation of individual education plans and strategies for pupils with additional needs.

About You
• You possess a genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development within a primary setting.
• You have prior experience working with children, ideally as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
• You are adaptable, patient, and resilient, capable of responding to the diverse needs of young learners.
• You are a collaborative team player, keen to contribute to a cohesive and supportive school community.
• You hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
