Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging mathematics lessons to secondary school pupils.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment within the classroom.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and whole-school initiatives.
* Provide academic guidance and pastoral support to students, promoting their overall well-being.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first role.
* You possess a strong academic background in Mathematics and a passion for your subject.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
