About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join a progressive school community in the Biggleswade area, serving various primary schools across Bedfordshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to experience diverse educational settings and contribute meaningfully to the learning journeys of children on a long-term, short-term, or daily supply basis, with potential for permanent opportunities. You will provide essential cover across the primary phase, ensuring continuity of high-quality education for pupils. This position is available for an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across different primary year groups.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all learners.
* Adapt quickly and effectively to new school policies, procedures, and curriculum plans.
* Implement pre-prepared work and manage classroom activities according to school guidelines.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other school staff members.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils while upholding school behavioural expectations.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience of teaching across the primary age range is essential.
* Exceptional adaptability and flexibility are key to thriving in various school environments.
* You possess strong classroom management skills and can motivate young learners effectively.
* A genuine passion for inspiring curiosity and fostering a love for learning in children drives you.
* You are committed to your ongoing professional development within the education sector.
