About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Implement effective strategies to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and consistent manner.
* Assist pupils in developing robust emotional regulation skills and resilience.
* Facilitate pupils' engagement in learning activities across various subjects.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a supportive educational environment.
* Contribute to the ongoing assessment and monitoring of pupil progress and well-being.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* You have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an educational or support setting.
