Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing timely feedback.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's Science curriculum.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and whole-school events.
* Support students' academic and personal development through pastoral care.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a relevant degree in a Science discipline.
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching Science and inspiring young people.
* Have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and school improvement.
* Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to teamwork.
