This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to embark on or continue their journey within a thriving primary school environment across the Newbury area. We are actively partnering with a variety of supportive primary schools seeking enthusiastic ECTs for diverse roles spanning Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Whether you are seeking long-term contracts, short-term assignments, daily supply work, or permanent positions, we have numerous openings available to start as soon as possible, all paid to scale. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities across the primary curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued and motivated to learn.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate positively with colleagues, including support staff and other teachers, to enhance the overall educational experience.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement and wellbeing.
* Uphold the school's ethos, values, and policies, contributing to the wider school community.
About You
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or awaiting QTS, eager to begin or continue your teaching career.
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
* You have excellent classroom management skills, capable of creating a structured yet inspiring learning space.
