About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality, inspiring Science lessons across the curriculum.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged to learn.
* Contribute to the continuous development of the Science department's curriculum and resources.
* Participate actively in school-wide initiatives and the broader professional learning community.
* Foster a culture of inquiry and critical thinking within your lessons.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and can be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* You are proactive, organised, and adaptable to various teaching and learning situations.
* You are dedicated to promoting student well-being and academic success.
