Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted one-to-one support, addressing the unique learning requirements of a secondary pupil.
* Effectively implement and monitor targets outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate the pupil's access to the secondary curriculum, adapting materials as necessary.
* Actively promote the development of independence and self-advocacy skills.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with complex special educational needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
