A dedicated school in the West Midlands is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This vital role involves providing tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will contribute significantly to the academic and personal development of young learners, working across various primary year groups. This immediate opportunity offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, with various contract options available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to pupils with identified SEN.
* Assist class teachers in preparing and adapting learning materials to meet diverse needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and positive behavioural support strategies effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
