About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and highly differentiated lessons tailored to meet the specific needs of secondary SEN pupils.
* Provide robust academic and pastoral support to students, fostering their independence and confidence.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to suit individual learning styles and abilities.
* Collaborate constructively with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement during your assignments.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* You possess proven experience working with secondary-aged pupils within specialist SEN environments.
* You demonstrate exceptional adaptability and a proactive approach to new school settings.
* You exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire diverse learners.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of students with special educational needs.
* You are readily available for daily supply and short-term teaching roles.
