Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Implement strategies to enhance social communication skills effectively.
* Proactively address and manage students' sensory needs within the learning environment.
* Assist students in accessing and understanding the curriculum across various subjects.
* Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all learners.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to achieve student goals.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* You demonstrate previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, ideally in a secondary setting.
