Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
* Develop and implement creative schemes of work and lesson plans that inspire learning.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Contribute to the wider Science department through collaborative planning and resource development.
* Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Participate actively in school life, including extracurricular activities and departmental meetings.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching Chemistry and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and an ability to engage diverse learners.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
