Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies in challenging situations.
* Mentor pupils to develop their social and emotional skills.
* Foster strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Contribute to the creation of individualised support plans for pupils.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibit a calm, patient, and resilient approach to daily challenges.
* Have previous experience working with children or young people
