About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to enrich the learning experience at a thriving secondary school located in the West Midlands, with a permanent contract commencing in September 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a dynamic department and make a significant impact on pupil achievement and engagement within a supportive environment. The role involves teaching Science across all key stages, fostering a love for the subject and developing critical thinking skills in young people.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and departmental resources.
* Participate in school-wide activities and extracurricular programmes, enriching pupil experience.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure pupil success.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with a specialism in Science.
* You possess strong subject knowledge across all Science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* You are an effective communicator, capable of inspiring and motivating pupils of all abilities.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You are an ECT, MPS, or UPS level teacher eager to contribute positively to a school community.
