About the Role
A dynamic primary school in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This engaging role, located in Wolverhampton, offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on pupil learning and development, including providing essential SEN support. We are looking for an individual eager to contribute to a thriving educational environment, with flexible contract options available, and a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 for the right candidate, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to pupils across various age groups within the primary phase.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom environment.
* Deliver targeted interventions and one-to-one or small group support, particularly for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and progression.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting their well-being throughout the school day.

About You
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Possess demonstrable experience working effectively with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting pupil learning and fostering their overall development.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
* Have a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to pupil welfare.
