Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and routines, ensuring seamless transitions for pupils.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, supporting pupil progress and well-being.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience within primary education.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school settings.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills, capable of maintaining an orderly and productive learning space.
