A ambitious school in South West London is seeking a compassionate PMLD Support Assistant to join their vibrant primary phase. This long-term, permanent opportunity involves providing essential support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties within a specialist provision. You will contribute significantly to their daily learning and development, working within a supportive environment and earning between £95 and £120 per day. This immediate start role offers an enriching experience for someone eager to excel in SEN support.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist pupils with personal care needs, maintaining their dignity and comfort at all times.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning and development outcomes.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and therapists to implement individualised therapy programmes.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
* Monitor and accurately record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with complex learning needs.
* Hold previous experience working with primary-aged children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate exceptional empathy, patience, and resilience in challenging situations.
* Are proactive and adaptable, able to respond quickly to individual pupil requirements.
* Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.
* Possess strong communication skills, effectively engaging with pupils, staff, and parents.
