About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a innovative school in East London, seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant for a primary-aged specialist provision. You will provide vital support to pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. This long-term, permanent role offers an immediate start, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120, making a real impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke one-to-one and small group support to pupils with PMLD.
* Assist with personal care needs, maintaining dignity and respect.
* Deliver engaging sensory stimulation activities to promote interaction and exploration.
* Confidently implement individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support holistic development.

* Possess proven experience supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and child development.

* Hold strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
