Key Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor children's development, contributing to their ongoing assessment records.
• Encourage positive social interactions and emotional well-being among all pupils.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom displays.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and the development of young children.
• Hold relevant experience working with children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
