Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Physics lessons to students across all secondary years.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an innovative Science curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and wider school community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities that enrich students' scientific understanding.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Possess a strong academic background in Physics, with the ability to teach Chemistry to at least GCSE.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of effective classroom practice, whether as an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional.
• Exhibit excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring young minds.
• Have superb communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team.
