Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Contribute actively to departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Foster curiosity and a passion for scientific inquiry among all pupils.
About You
* You possess qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or on the Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and its effective communication.
* You are committed to promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour among pupils.
* You collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage positively with parents.
* You inspire pupils to explore the wonders of the scientific world.
