About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Implement tailored strategies to support pupils with SEMH challenges.
* Provide proactive behaviour management and de-escalation support.
* Assist pupils in developing effective emotional regulation techniques.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into classroom learning.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals.
* Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You
* You possess a proven track record of supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
* You demonstrate exceptional patience, resilience, and empathy.
* You are adept at building positive rapport and trusting relationships with pupils.
* You have a proactive approach to managing challenging behaviours.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of working effectively within a team.
* You are committed to continuous professional development in SEN support.
