Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, compassionate support to primary pupils experiencing profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Assist pupils with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and safe mobility.
* Organise and deliver engaging sensory stimulation activities that promote engagement and development.
* Diligently implement individual therapy programmes, collaborating with specialist professionals.
* Contribute actively to creating a safe, inclusive, and profoundly stimulating learning environment.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide accurate, constructive feedback to the class teacher.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
* Demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.
* Hold a strong understanding of the unique challenges and developmental pathways associated with PMLD.
