Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher with the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and establish a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide tailored support to individual children, addressing their specific needs.
• Prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays effectively.
• Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
About You
• Possess relevant experience working with early years children.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the development of young learners.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Show initiative, flexibility, and a positive approach to daily challenges.
• Committed to upholding safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil welfare.
