Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a secondary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Implement and adapt personalised learning strategies based on the pupil's EHCP targets.
* Facilitate the pupil's access to the curriculum, adapting resources as required.
* Actively promote the development of independence and essential life skills.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Accurately monitor and report on the pupil's progress and achievements.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with complex special educational needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
