About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to enrich a flourishing school community, starting in September 2026. This permanent, long-term teaching role offers the exciting opportunity to ignite a passion for languages and cultures among secondary students within a vibrant educational setting. You will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive and engaging French and Spanish lessons, contributing significantly to our thriving Modern Foreign Languages department.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and effective French and Spanish lessons across various secondary key stages.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages linguistic curiosity.
* Assess pupil progress accurately, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
* Participate in wider school life, supporting extracurricular language activities.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* You possess the ability to teach both French and Spanish confidently at secondary level.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for languages and cultural education.
* You exhibit strong classroom management skills and an organised approach to teaching.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development.
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to a supportive department.
