About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Class Teacher to join an inclusive school committed to nurturing every pupil's potential. This vital role involves leading small groups of primary-aged pupils, each with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), through a carefully adapted national curriculum. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, working in close collaboration with a skilled team of Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development. We are open to discussing a range of contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of pupils with EHCPs.
* Skillfully adapt the national curriculum, making learning accessible and meaningful for every child.
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including TAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
* Establish strong, communicative partnerships with parents and carers to support pupil progress.
* Regularly assess pupil achievements and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary SEN setting.
* A genuine commitment to inclusive education and a belief in the potential of every child drives your practice.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
* Your communication style is clear, empathetic, and effective with pupils, colleagues, and families.
* You are adept at curriculum adaptation and creating personalised learning pathways.
