About the Role
A highly regarded school is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join their vibrant primary provision. This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing day-to-day and short-term cover, supporting pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs across various specialist settings. You will play a crucial part in maintaining continuity of learning and fostering a supportive environment for every child, adapting quickly to different classroom dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEN pupil needs.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate proactively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Demonstrate versatility in adapting to diverse SEN provisions and school contexts.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Possess proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience suitable for supply teaching demands.
* Command strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
* Proficiency in differentiating learning to meet a broad spectrum of individual needs.
