Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils across the primary phase.
* Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and strategies effectively.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Encourage pupils' social and emotional growth within the classroom and playground.
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their individual learning goals.
* Contribute to the creation of engaging and accessible learning resources.
